The market for Facebook Ad accounts

I can create Facebook Ads accounts with a daily spending limit of $250. Was wondering if there is a market out there who would be interested. What price would be OK?

Not for $250 accounts. I know there is a huge market for $5,000 accounts. PM mGrunin for $100,000 accounts.​
