I am putting up my newest product and site for sale.

A few weeks ago, I developed 500words.com, a site where people could buy "word" links on the page for a fee.

I promoted it to my list of 5000 people and did a couple press releases. Within 24 hours, I had grossed $20K. A couple weeks later, the site has grossed almost $60K and only a few word spaces are left to sell.

This set off a firestorm of emails... people wanting to know how to create their own word sites for their particular niches. I decided to brand the software and sell it.

Thus, The Link Sizzler:

The site has a video showing how I made money with the 500Words.com concept and how anyone could do the same thing.

Unlike the pixel sites, this concept apparantly has legs.

In the last week, several Link Sizzler generated sites have sprung up..

www.100businessopportunities.com (generated over $6K so far)

I have sold just over 100 copies of Link Sizzler to the public for a gross income of $69785

For an additional $100, people can buy installation of the software on their server. It has generated $4100.

I have not been able to give sales of this product attention and just opened it up to affiliates to sell for me. The reason being is that I had a HUGE product launch this week at www.instantadsensetemplates.com. It has taken all my time, and now that the launch is over, I am leaving for vacation.

The Link Sizzler is ultra hot, but it needs someone who can truly leverage it and turn it into the cash monster that it can be.

So I am auctioning it off.

In just over one week, the site has an Alexa ranking of about 10,000

There are copycats starting to spring up, but I have managed to capture the brand before anyone else and it can be capitalized on quickly.

There are tons of ideas for updating the code and making it better. I don't have the time to implement them.

I have only had ONE affiliate promote this for commissions. Opportunity is ripe!

You can also sell the product for whatever you want. Perhaps a zillion could be sold at a lower price. I haven't had time to test it. I just know something hot when I see it...

Here's what you get if you win this auction...

1) Sole Master resell rights to The Link Sizzler and The Link Sizzler brand.

2) Ownership of the domain, www.linksizzler.com

3) All sales copy (minus my picture and name), though you can keep the video demonstrating how the product works.

4) Support from my developer to help YOUR developer get up to speed on installations.

5) Client list of all current owners (105 as of this auction start)

6) I will leave all links on my sites for at least 30 days and send an email to my lists promoting the product one more time after ownership has transferred.

Am I forgetting anything?

This is one of those opportunities where someone resourceful and visionary can strike while the iron is hot.

Of course, as owner of the software, you can build as many word sites as you want. Remember, I made over $58K with my own word site.

In addition to the sale funds, I only require that I also receive free lifetime upgrades that you may make to the software code.

I am setting a minimum without a BIN. If you want to propose a private BIN via PM, I will entertain those offers.

Hadn't heard of this forum before, but someone told me that there were heavy hitters here, unlike the other forums full of wanna-be's. Sorry if the sale being my first post puts anyone out.

Anyhow, I changed the starting price to fall in line with my ebay auction.

Are you just trying to bail on an idea you've already made all possible cash off of, and don't want to be part of when it goes down?

I dunno if this idea'll stick around for long.
 
Nope. I don't have the time to manage it. I gave it to ONE affiliate, who casually mentioned it on a blog or email.. sold several units.

There are a bunch of critics out there.. . I don't care.

Someone can pick up on this and make an absolute killing. I have too many other things on my plate to deal with it.

You know, even though people think it's a silly idea overall, I have a feeling that whoever does in fact pick up his site and the resell rights is going to make a SHITLOAD of money. Even if they bought the site, and decided not to sell it to anyone else, and just covered every niche in the land, they'd make a huge amount of cash. Imagine if you made only $1k for each site. There are MILLIONS of niches out there.

Bingo.

In fact, got two emails in the last hour. I don't have permission to release the names, but here are the comments....

"Thanks for 500 words - $16590 in 12 hours! Will report final 7 day results once in.."

and

"100+ words sold (with almost 10k in income) in the first 24 hours of launch."

I have requested formal testimonies from these individuals for my sales page and will put them online once received.

Incidentally, with all those who think this is "stupid", it's notable that 3 orders have come in just in the last two hours.

i believe i could make the script, and if i ever bother i'd release it for free just to cause controversy :P (dont count on me making it, but it might be a nice side project)

Done. I'm going to test it out and see what it can do. I'll report back within the month to let everyone know if it's a pass or fail and why. I'll make a case study out of it.
