The fuck with FB ads right now?

I just went in, changed a couple words in my ad copy and I'm getting an error message "One of the public user category fields in the targeting spec contains a value that is not valid."

I didn't change anything at all but it's pretty much telling me I have no target area selected.

Anyone else getting this?
