Why is it that religious people are so ill equipped to present their religions in a sensible way?
Basic reasoning and rhetorical skills could have made a compelling and thoughtful argument, yet this moron sits there without even the humility or basic intelligence of a monkey, pondering the banana.
 
Actually, the bananas that we eat today were cultivated to look the way they do. Wild bananas look like this and have seeds:

I doubt he was trying to convince people God exists. It was a joke.

What a perfect example of the ignorance of people who base their outlook of the world around a religious doctorine. Good find.

Funnily enough, you could use those EXACT same arguments for evolution.
Surely, as monkeys, we evolved those ridges to better hold the banana (which is actually a cultivated product of about 10,000 years of agriculture... the common banana can't actually breed, and must be transplanted in order to make more trees).
Pineapples also have a similar tab system, if you're strong enough to tear the flesh directly from the covering, and don't mind cutting up your hands.

And isn't it amazing, how if you get a coconut, and a powerdrill, you have a perfect natural juice sipper AND bowling ball?
