The 21 Golden Rules of Entrepreneurship - A Real Life Fable by Jason Nazar

Downloaded to my ipod.

If I remember correctly you're the one who posted the short clip of 50 cent reading one of the chapters from his book. "Make everything your own" was the chapter... listen to that shit at least 2-3 times a week.. so thx for that too.

Yes that was me.

^^ can we get a repost of the fiddy cent one please

Posting this from shitty iPod touch right now, will post vid when I get home if someone doesn't beat me to it. It's just a short 5 min clip, nothing special but the message is spot the fuck on. Whenever I'm having doubts about choices and sacrifices I'm making... I listen to that vid and a Swartzenegger vid and my mindset is back to where it needs to be. About 8 minutes of vid total and I'm good. Will post both shortly.

+rep this video gave me the kick in the ass I needed the past couple of weeks.

The way Jason speaks and gives it to you straight reminds me of the best business book I ever read How To Get Rich by Felix Dennis.

Rules of Entrepreneurship = oxymoron

:)

True. When people do big things it usually involves doing something different, something people said shouldn't/couldn't/wouldn't be done. These lists can be helpful - at least very inspiring - but only when people remember that you could break all the rules and still make it.

This presentation/video really shouldn't be called a list of "rules".

It's actually more a list of traits that define what successful people have in their blood. In that regard, don't think of this as a "follow this list of rules and you will be successful" type of thing. No, most of us seeing this video will already be familiar with these characteristics - because it is in our blood.

And even though all of it is really nothing new - the way he presents it and re-inforces these thought processes to you as the viewer makes this a GREAT video to watch. If anything as just an awesome reminder and motivating factor to go start something big - and make serious cash.

Btw, +rep for posting this video. It's easily the best video of this kind I have ever seen.

finally got to finishing it.

guy is the founder of docstoc

starts a little slow but gets very good in mid to end once he starts talking about vc money, building his business online, and making connections with mentors
