I saw the same thing earlier today, only it had four lines of "Undefined"... I clicked on it and it took me to Office Max (?)

I saw an ad like that on my facebook app awhile ago. I was thinking it was cause there was a problem with Google's inventory, but maybe it is someone just accidentally 'testing' an ad.
