Techie Zone web site for Sale

I have decided to sell one of my recently purchased Website called Techie Zone. This is a technical blog with a well customized premium Wordpress theme.

I bought this site as I felt I will find time to update it, but I am so busy with my current assignment that I am hardly finding any time for the site. So I would like to sell the site.

Traffic is approx 400 UPV per day now without any update. When I bought it the traffic was approx 850 UPV per day.

Income is approx 40 USD from Adsense and USD 24 per month from link advertisement. Also I approx 8 USD from infolinks...
