Hey guys I heard that this forum was very useful. This is my first post so I hope you guys go easy on me lol
I got my 1099 form from PKM but I didn't get any similar forms from my other networks for my taxes. I'm a little bit confused. Do I still include my income from every network as well?

I'm not tryin to get into any trouble with the IRS.

What do I do?

If you asked the IRS if you need to report and pay taxes on all of you income or just some of your income, what do you think the answer would be?

Yes, you include income whether you get a 1099 from it or not.

Networks that are based in Canada or outside the US don't send 1099s

Income from all sources is taxable unless specifically excluded by IRS regulations. If you made less than $600 for the year or are incorporated, the network doesn't need to send you a 1099.

Not to be confused with Cost Per Action / Cost Per Acquisition. :D
