I've worked with these guys for a while and have had no issues with my shared plan, just wanted to get some feedback. Anyone use them for dedicated servers though? SUPERB INTERNET: Dedicated Servers
Aside from the 90$/hour charge they bill you for dealing with their support even when you're reporting downtime (despite the 100% guaranteed uptime), they're superb.
If you're going dedicated, I'd normally go with:
Softlayer
or
Liquidweb
Especially if you need the managed support, and actual guaranteed uptime.
I'm currently using Wholesale Internet for my dedicated (same datacenter that handles ZenSix's VPS), but its unmanaged (but cheaper as a result of such), but haven't had any downtime with them. The main problem you'd run into with them is they may be slow to respond to sales requests and such, where as the two I mentioned above, being bit more expensive will usually respond to you within 10 minutes. I went with wholesale because to get the same server specs on say liquidweb would cost me 284/month, and thats not counting the extra 32 IPs I'd want.
