Suggest a better alternative them my current dedicated host (spec inside)

Hi all-

Anyone who'd be kind enough to give me a point in the right direction I'd appreciate. Have been hosting @ Westhost.com since 2008 w/ the following setup, paying somewhere ~$475/month and currently am not using this for much.

That said every once in awhile I do spike traffic to it w/ a campaign.

Here are the specs:

Plan 3 - 25 VPS -
Dual Xeon Quad Core 2.0 -
2 GB PC2-5300 DDR2 RAM -
3,500 GB Bandwidth -
2 x 500GB SATA II HDDs -
3Ware SATA II Raid -
30 unique Ips -
Raid 1 + Hot Spare
500GB SATA HD
Nightly Backups for Dedicated Servers

Big con is no cPanel - can anyone suggest a good viable alternative? I presume I'm overpaying by 3x.

I'd want the new host to be able to migrate everything w/ me providing passwords to the Westhost box.


Suggestions?
