Suddenly tits & ass

Now, I like tits and ass as much as anyone, but this new fad that has started in the last few months is becoming a real fucking annoyance. There is a specific icon for "boobies" which has been used since the beginning of time to state a thread is NOT SAFE FOR WORK. It's becoming increasingly common to find lovely naked ladies in every single thread. I'm a big fan of the female form, but if I want to check out, what is essentially porn, there are millions of sites out there to do it.

There is a lot of useful information on these boards and some vibrant discussion. It's a shame then, to scroll down the page and have a screen full of smut which obviously has no relation to the thread. I might be alone in this, but it's a real pain in the ass (aha) having to look over your shoulder each time to make sure no one else is inadvertently watching. I do wonder how many people have opened such a thread and decided not to return.

I obviously have no say on what happens to the boards, but it would be nice to limit it to "Shooting The Shit" again or possibly create a new sub forum. Is that too much to ask?

man... i feel your pain (actually not really because no one is looking over my shoulder and if they were... well, it would be their problem) however did you not see that in the last couple of days we had a few of threads like this?
and it would not have helped you much because pretty much everyone is happy with those sudden tits and asses.
one thing can be said of the asses and tits, they are a serious diversion from any topic... but in time i hope i could overcome this.

Don't let WF turn into the real world where the squeaky whiny bitches who put up the biggest stink get there way. This is like the one atheist parent who doesn't let their kid stand up for the pledge or the person who complains about a statue that has been standing in front of a building for 200 years offending them and they want it taken down.

The squeaky wheel minority should not get there way. We should do what the real world should do which is ban these fuckers to Greenland.

There is a simple solution. Block the user, don't log onto WF at work or use a non-work device to log in while you are at work. Can't stand you tree hugging hipsters trying to ruin everything for everyone else.

I never thought about ignoring the specific users, there's certainly one i'll be adding from this thread. I was not aware of similar threads and if it has already been discussed then a mod may as well lock this thread. It's still a shame that new comers and people without that knowledge may be lost to the cesspit wickedfire is becoming.

You could also deselect the option to "view images" in user CP. Then you would have the option to open the image as opposed to having it auto load on your screen. It's a mystery why the complainers can't do this...

The problem is, a blanket suddenly_* block won't work for me since I've become a fan of suddenly_otters and suddenly_nigel.

If suddenly_econ joins, I'm completely screwed.

I always thought that that standing up and making a pledge to a flag is kinda creepy. The sort of thing you'd think you'd see in China or North Korea. A bit like programming kids. Very unsettling.

Oh and also wont mention the dumb God thing (not added until 1954), but I am not going to turn this into one more of THOSE threads
