Well I have been doing a lot of Singlesnet / Mature Singles offers that are free. I have been getting a good amount of conversions (probably because it's free), but what I want to start looking into is making some ads via adwords for products that require consumer purchase. Is there anyway around doing this without a LP? And just because people want to know the niche, it's Financial Crisis (Money grant) and Shamwow. Thanks for the input.

You're going to want to run with a pre-sell lander if you're selling something that takes a CC. At least that's always my experience.

If you're talking non-CPA (typical $30 trial / rebill offers), you can technically get away with direct-linking to physical products, e.g. from a CJ or ShareASale merchant datafeed. You could even get some conversions. The problem is though that most merchants don't like this and it's usually a no-no in their TOS.

Besides, like smax0r already said - you are better off making a lander for pre-sale anyway. You could actually get better conversion rates than if you were direct linking - and it's what most merchants want you to do.

This goes for most traditional CPA offers too, and it's the reason why so many fake blogs popped up everywhere for the Acai fad. Going direct would have lowered conversions, but as soon as you build an intermediary "trust" / "independent" page before the offer page, people are more likely to get their credit cards out. ;)
