Well members do some work too. There is pending list page where people vote for or against reported URL, and in most cases I manualy approve / disapprove new urls.

The best of all is that site really works (increases earnings) in 90% of cases, if you have patience and strong will to contribute (if you have unique niche). It's still in beta stage of content (list) development.
