This has been pretty frustrating. They used to be very fast at responding to trouble tickets, responding in no more than a few hours. The last time I submitted a trouble ticket, I did not hear for over 24 hours.

Out of nowhere, my sites stopped resolving. When I told them of the problem they said, "No, your sites are resolving, please try downforeveryoneorjustme.com"

So, I did that with each one of my sites. They were all down.

I'm now on Day 2 of my outages, which is costing me TONS of money.

To make matters worse, now one of my sites resolves to BaitHost.com.

I did NOTHING to my DNS settings, it's all on their end - and they have not fixed this. My "critical" trouble ticket continues to sit with no response...

Time to look for a new offshore host.
