Starting Out A Blog. Help me out here..

I usually build wordpress blogs (SEO done by experts) and design websites for clients.. But a new found love to write got me to start my own. I'm not particularly interested in making it a money making blog, so advertisements are off the table. Im looking to build a blog where people could enjoy/benefit from reading the articles.

Comment on design and content quality. Do let me know if you think i should make a change anywhere.

I tried to make a blog about everything and anything, it then became a blog about nothing, got bored and quit.

Yours has much better layout though. Hope you dont get bored and quit.

Change portal to magazine

Place your categories at the top, below the logo so readers can easily navigate to them.

Also think about creating category boxes that house articles for each category in groups on the homepage.

Integrate facebook like buttons for every article on the homepage

Place your facebook likes and twitter followers at the top of the header, also with an option to like or follow
