Spun Content Site Generator

Hey guys,

I'm looking around to see if there's a tool already available that will do what I want but haven't found anything yet.

Here's what I need:
1.) I insert a pre spun article in {word1|word2} format and a list of keywords

2.) The program then automatically generates an html site with a unique article (from the spin) on each page and each page created around one of the keywords. All pages interlinked

Basically, exactly what this program does only with the addition of content spinning:
Bum Marketing Pro

Anyone know if this exists?

Ok, after rereading my post, I'm not sure I explained things too well.

I have three things:
1.) A website template
2.) An article in spinner syntax - {word1|word2|word3}
3.) A list of keywords

I want a program that will basically combine the three. So the result is a full website, every single keyword has it's own webpage with the keyword inserted wherever I add a placeholder (eg. keywordhere), each pages content is unique using a different spin and all the pages are linked in the sidebar.

If there isn't a program already made, how difficult would it be to make one like this and how much would is cost to have made by a half decent programmer?

The program I linked to above is along the same lines, except i need some changes/additions (different template, ability to spin content before inserting in page, etc).

P.S. I'm sure you've probably already noticed that I don't have a clue when it comes to programming, lol. This is probably a lot easier than I'm making it.
