Spamming Wordpress Blogs Contact Forms

I've noticed recently that in addition to the regular spam comments, i'm getting an increased amount of spam submitted via my contact forms on my sites. Is this something I should be concerned about - some of the spam contains links and all this is going into an sql database on the backend right? What should / can I do to fix and prevent this? I even have captcha installed on the contact forms!

You know captcha has already been hacked right? which means spammers > captcha

Or just include an invisible upload form. That should make it multi-part data, and most bots won't get around it.
If they do, use javascript code to add the upload form, so the bot can't see it.
