I personally think this is for noobs because it is free which also means its unreliable sometimes, meaning your link will lead to an error page for sometimes about an hour or 2 but then it'll work again for a while. I have been using it for some time now and it really helps.
Using this you are able to swap out offers after getting your ads approved so you can test different offers to see which ones works better for you and you don't have to submit new ads and go through all the disapproval shit just to test a different offer.
