Someone with a Yahoo Pub Network Account

I need someone to let me use their Yahoo Publisher Network account to create coding needed for my site. I will need it for about 10 days. It helps if you are generating some traffic with the account but is not required. I am willing to pay $20, all i need is log in information. Along with this, you can also beta test out new platform.
