Someone Stole/Copied Articles from my Site - Advice?

I was looking through my google anyltics data and noticed a lot of hits coming from a website called www.hookahsshisha.com and I went to the site to find that they copied my site almost exacrtly. They stole ALL of my articles, and replaced my affiliate links with their own. They even copied my coding for my static pages and changed the links.

I am not sure wha to do, I contacted them with no response. Should I take this up with the DMCA?

My site is www.hookahreviews.net and was created 2 months before this one was.

Cool site though! If it's a good money maker for you yeah I'd be swift with your moves and do what you must. If it's just a side thing evaluate if it's worth spending your time/money chasing them.
 
I make a good amount of money, the site is only 3 months old so it has potential to be a good money maker for me.

Are there any ways of finding out who owns the site if he has whois protection?
 
Someone is sure as hell following you around. You should get a way to get your content indexed faster.
 
Call him. Let him know you've noticed he has the same content as you, and you'd "like to give him the opportunity" to fix the problem.

Be firm.

Then get nasty.
 
Caught that dash too wasn't sure if I should out it and figured op would at least check the aff domains... But there's your boy :) Can prob also let your network/am's know - if they give a fuck they might do something re him running the offers.
 
tell the affiliate network theyre infringing your copyright.

or maybe mommy can kiss it better.

Wow strange... I knew I recognized that url, because of the dash. I think its one of the few dashed domains I've ever purchased from on the interwebz. And sure enough, there it is:

Or maybe I remembered it because I thought it was so weird that of all places for a Hookah site to be from, TEXAS was not on my list of possible guesses. I think I still have the little thing too, but its likely in storage.
