Drinking Alcohol is one thing, but pills is definitely over the line, and whenever roofies are used it SHOULD be considered rape.

If you're slipping drugs without them knowing then it's not exactly consensual.

Yea that pill thingy is a good analogy. What about if a girl claimed she is over 18? Can the guy claim rape too? That's also another good analogy.

To what extend lies count as rape? The way i see it. Any left girlfriend can easily claim that one of the trivial facts a man say is not true and claim it's rape.

Also what about long term relationship thingy? Every males says they want long term relationship. Of course we aren't.
 
A girl I knew in college was a real nut-job. She had been dating some guy for around six weeks, and they already had sex several times. One night they both got drunk and made love. I was watching a show the other day about this guy who was a cuban spy, living in america, married with kids. After it's found out he was a spy, his wife takes the country of Cuba to court in the US, for rape. She won and the court ordered Cuba to pay her $12 Million (which I'm sure never happened, but the show left out that detail). Obviously a political case, but this was in US court, so it may be that things similar to this other case have happened here as well.
 
Subconciously any race do not want their women to mate with males from another ethnic. The other way around is fine though.

Males spread the genes far more effectively than women. And that difference makes all the difference.

The Jews just want to punish the Arab men for "some" reason and they found one. However, I can't really blame Jews in general (though i still think the man should be freed). As you said, in Iran, extra marital sex is punishable by death irrelevant of consent. Even in countries where it's legal, people tend to make it tough.

In US, for example, a woman that falsely accuse duke's lacrose player for rape is not punished. That means any males that have sex outside marriage is in danger of getting falsely accused of rape and DA tend to like it and hence choose not to convict. The woman that falsely accuse David Cooperfield of rape also falsely accuse others' of rape. Yet she is charged with prostitution, not perjury.
