Do you want to scrape for rankings or just scrape in general? I posted up a Ruby script recently that can do all those things with the right amount of hacking.

if you are searching for blogs... then.... you may also like to use free blog commenter.... instead of commenting use it for harvesting...I have my own scraper
and another free one is scrape genious.. you need to register.. for using it...
