Software to administrate Wordpress sites?

Is there any good software with which I can administrate Wordpress-powered websites (updating the WP installation and plugins, approve or trash comments etc.)?

^I have been using managewp.com as well and I highly recommend it. Nothing beats a free software that gets the work done. With it you can do bulk update, clone WP sites which makes managing a bunch of WP sites a breeze.
