Does this software exist yet?
I suspect it does, but I can’t find it. Let me explain exactly what I’m asking for:
You see, pretty much 7 days a week, I send out about 20 emails to some of my outsourced programmer’s worldwide.
And, I end up typing big long emails to them.
This happens with my family and friends as well.
The problem is, I’d rather just be able to send people an email with a unique link that they….and only they could click on to hear my message, as soon as they are in front of their computer.
Example, I want my dad in London England to hear my voice, but I don’t need the entire world hearing the message I send to him because it’s personal.
Next example:
Then, I want to email a private voice message to an employee of mine that works in another country, and sleeps while I’m awake. I want to advise them on something they need to perform online for me, but I don’t want to actually phone call them and wake them up, and I certainly don’t want to spend 15 minutes typing an email to them.
Constantly, I find I’m typing like crazy, when I could be just leaving people voice messages worldwide with 2% of the effort required to type a big long email.
Since I am constantly having new people in my life, I need some type of software system that will work fort most computers worldwide.
Example, if everybody I dealt with used yahoo, then I could send them voice messages for free-worldwide. But, not everybody uses yahoo.
Or, if everybody I knew and dealt with worldwide had the paid version of skype, then I could also send them personal voice messages very quickly as well. But, very few of the people I deal with have the paid version of skype.
I quickly looked at Armand’s product – audio generator, but I think this software is mainly designed for people who want to send 100’s or 1000’s of emails with 1 hyper link in the text to promote something.
You see, my objective is very different. I won’t be using this software to promote anything, I’ll just be using it as a quick substitute to typing big long emails (like this one) when I need to share private thoughts with people, often employees.
Finally, I need something that requires little effort. If I need to send 9 emails out to employees at 3 in the morning, I don’t want to spend 10 minutes per message setting it up before I can actually get to the point where I start speaking.
I just want to press a button, start talking, hit maybe 1 more button, then send a link from my email account. Please understand, there is nothing sneaky or related to spam with my objective in the least.
So, my question is – does this software exist?
