Social Media Service that has the most SEO impact

Can anyone point me in a direction of a service they have used on this board that has increased their SEO rankings as well as increasing their fans/likes/plus 1's. I have a hunch that google plus one would do the most for rankings, but I am interested in hearing some feedback from experience.

Which is best for SEO?

  1. Twitter followers
  2. FB Likes
  3. Or Google Plus 1s
and which are the most realiable sources/services for this in this forum... in your experience?
