Go the wickedfire way of not fucking around waiting your domain to magically be worth a million dollars and develop that shit.
Fill that baby up with articles on how to stop smoking or success studies of people who have stopped smoking.
The domain could be worth 50 bucks(could be) but why take the risk waiting especially if it doesnt have type in traffic, its a brandable domain dont hold your breath.

Hehehe ... like the Amsterdam idea. I picked up a great weed-ish domain last month and have been kicking around ideas for it. The domain verbiage itself to static authority content, but not sure if I have the patience or time for it since I don't smoke weed or care anything about legalisation or other issues. Maybe a travel site would be a good idea for it.
