SMS/Text Message Marketing?

I have a client who wants SMS marketing, what do you guys use as a platform for SMS/text marketing?

They just want to send out specials once a week or so.

Just don't add me to that list... Every other day I get SMS about selling me junk car... Can't un-subscribe. I immediate add their phone number to another SMS marketing program.

I feel like some of you people are trying to piss people off, and ruin your brand with unsolicited tactics like this, but to each his own.
