Silicon Valley Gold Rush Circa 1999

So far a really good show. Gives you a quick look at a few successful people.

Jeff Skoll, the first full time employee of Ebay after he sold some of his stock for 2 billion. Still rides around in his 11 year old car and gives much of his wealth away still to this day.

Elon Musk, now CEO of Tesla, buying a 1 million dollar car after he sold his first company for 400 mil cash.

Sabeer Bhatia, an Indian immigrant who came to USA with some change in his pocket and founded of Hotmail while working for Apple. Got bought out for 400 mil from Microsoft.

This was back in the day where you could get several million for a powerpoint presentation:

Thank for posting this.

I remember watching this when it aired. For years I always remembered the guy with the McLaren F1 on this show and had no I idea that was Elon Musk until recently watching this:

Also funny watching the show and him talking about working on an "internet bank" which later became PayPal.
