I wasn't trying to do this but its almost happened to me several times. I have gotten stuck in line at a few private fast food chains since they only accept cash.

When I would get up to the window they would have the food in hand trying to give it to me. Id have to explain to both windows I didn't order anything.

It totally fucks up their rhythm, they are so used to car after car that they never even expect this.
