Show ad based on reffering search term

i have scripts that tell me the exact search phrase a visitor used to find the site and I also have Geo targeting scripts that can show different products to different countries but is there a script that can dynamically show a product as a recommended product based on refering search term ?
ie say i had a online shoe shop and and some one found the site via the search term "latest fashion trainer" i could get ads for the "nike super flash bastard 2006" to show up in a recommended products box

If your site has a search function you could automatically put the visitor on the results page for "latest fashion trainer" and if the Nike came up then it's all good.

Otherwise it would have to be a VERY complex script.
