I am so confused about it whether to let it go or get in hold of it.

If i can hold it under which niche can i use it?

Or if i m preparing to sell it how much can I gain out of it?

create a girly blog with a bunch of pinterest trending topics and fill it with things that do well on pinterest then sell it for profit. You might need to create an authority pinterest acct but its well worth the effort.

It's a crap domain. Unless you're going to develop it immediately, no sense in renewing. You can find another name if you do decide to pull the trigger on your project (probably a better one)
