Not sure if this is the best place to post this, but why not...

I am tring to figure out the best shopping cart software to use for a health supplement site.

This is not a shady rebill site but a brick and mortar business going online that wants to have the ability to scale endlessly, build affiliate marketing partners, track everything to the most granular of levels, and so forth.

What do you all like to use for this?

Using some of my world renowned Google-fu, I've come up with the following possibilities:

Magento
osCommerce
Interspire Shopping Cart
ZenCart
PrestaShop
PinnacleCart

I hope this helps and maybe someday you too can possess the amazing Google-fu that I have attained through years and years of asking questions on forums that can be answered with just a few words typed into your friendly neighborhood search engine!

No but really, those are pretty much the best, there are also a few WordPress plugins that turn your blog/cms into a store, if you don't have many products and are ok with using PayPal for processing (I believe that's what most of them use) then you could look into those as well.

Good luck! :)

I recommend, prestashop, i have been using it for over six months, ita got all the featurea you'll ever need.

I was looking at OSCommerice and Magento i'll add prestashop to the list.

Any more feedback would be great.

Thanks

If you're considering either os-com or Magento, definitely would go with Magento. The features blow os-com out of the water. If you have questions, let me know. I've built 10 stores (and counting) on Magento.

I recently did an install of 5 the better known carts on a spare domain and compared them back to back. Magento is a little harder to configure the look and feel but the extra features and SEO readiness made it my #1 choice.
