Shoemoney Serps Tool

I was wondering if anyone knew of any php scripts that accomplish what Shoemoney's serps tool does. Shoemoney Serps Script

I could write something that scrapes but I don't think that is what his script is doing considering it is very fast, Also I want to avoid any chance of getting on googles bad side.

Any info would be appreciated.
