They are great and have one of the best interfaces for finding offers. Sorting by EPC Earning per Click is helpful to find the effective offers.

Good Network. I have worked with them on both the advertiser and publisher side. Very merchant based which makes it more like CJ or Linkshare and less like Neverblue, CPA Empire Etc.
