setting adwords as for business use

How do you set it up for business use?
the option isn't available.

Even if i tick the box (to confirm i am using it for non business purposes) it still won't un-grey out the radio box

I emailed google, but no reply in 2 days... so thought i'd try in here.
 


Did you tick the ticker in the red box next to the "I confirm..blah...blah"?

Tick it hard, really hard. That should do it...
 
This is a new account or you're trying to update an old one?

From their FAQ:
" [SIZE=-0] How do I change to a business or non-business account? [/SIZE]
Currently, it isn't possible to change this setting yourself. If you'd like to change your AdWords account to a business or a non-business account, please contact us. We'll let you know what we need in order to make the switch."

Did you try their Live chat assistance?
Lots of other info in the help center too.

Thanks. Didn't see that. Its sort of an old account, only just started using it though. I'll wait for their reply. thanks
