Sethomepage?

Does anyone know a good sethomepage script.

I want one that has a popup when a user first gets to my site. I have been looking but none work right.

Also, is there any that work with ei7 and SP2?

I think most are like Javascript. Plus most work for ie only. Most of the ones I've seen only bring up the popop when you click on the link.
