What services do you use to find web designers and programmers and why?

which service has provided you the most success?

I had good results with Rentacoder (3 projects) and scriptlance (over 15 projects).

But recently, it sems that i am getting fewer quality bids on scriptlance.

But my best advice to you, conduct you due diligence and investigate your designer/coders before. I personnally don't take bid from people who have less that 10 + feedbacks, unless it's a very small project.

I have done 8 projects at Kasamba (yes, I'm/was on the other side, being a professional developper). Did it for fun but still got $15-$20 per hour on average. You get the most with live consulting.
