Server Hosting companies for mailing servers

I am looking for hosting companies that will be good to host my mass e-mail deployment servers.

I have tried Trango, Carolinanet, Softlayer, and Marlin.

Is that top 10 list of hosting companies also able to host my e-mail deployment systems as well, or do I need a specific TYPE of host for that? I am not looking for hosts that will host my domains, just my mailing server.

You definitely want to look offshore for this time of thing. Most US-based companies won't allow it, shut you down before you reach 1k emails.
