When I had a dedicated, all of the outside contractors I used were linux nerds with attitude problems. I had a hell of a time finding anyone who did good work in a timely manner, and didnt charge 4 times the going rate.

He has a good reputation on WebHostingTalk, and I used his server hardening & admin services a number of times back in 2004, and he also did work on servers belonging to my clients (resold servers back int he day), nothing bad ever happened.
He even helped harden a server that I bought from another host, that got hacked because the server management company that formerly secured the server fucked up... Never got hacked again.
