i recently purchased a vps with liquidweb and moved one of my websites over. the thing is, ever since i have had multiple people daily email me saying that they cannot access my website. i have no problems on my connection, but sometimes i cannot access my site via my iphone. it says server cannot be found. i sent a ticket to have them check my DNS and
they responded saying DNS is fine and to have my users perform a traceroute. well, i tried and either they dont respond or they are too stupid to know how.
also Check Browser Compatibility, Cross Platform Browser Test - Browsershots will not read my site if that means anything.
this is a serious issue for me and have been trying to troubleshoot it for a while. i also receive multiple responses from my list readers everyday about not being able to access the site. this has only started since placing the site on liquidweb.
please help a brother!
