SEO for Adult Sites?

I'm more or less aware of how other types of sites are being ranked but what about adult/pharma sites? More and more services wouldn't like to mess their backlinks with those.

Does it only come to destructive spamming to the max?

Any insights would be highly appreciated.

From what I see is that you use a lot of one way links with in your network and with other web masters. It seems that most of the adult webmasters forum that the largest sections was the link trades looking for an A-B-C trade

Speak to Ly2 from Wf. I know he has a few adult sites and I'm pretty sure he even sells links on his private adult blog network.
