seo and adsense

ya know I was thinking of going SEO route on adsense parallel to arbi

but my question is - how do you guys drive traffic to mfa pages? Meaning how do you do SEO? Most dirs are likely to reject the site. Exchanging links with other webmasters is tremendously tedious task with very low ROI.
What are other options?

int- you could actually make something useful, if you don't want to hire a bunch of indians to get links for you

If you are doing it like arbitrage... but links from text-link-ads or some of the other brokers. I would go for ones that dont make their link sources public...
But it does get overlooked often on this board but making useful sites is generally "easier" for a beginner to profit with than using one of the many techniques like 7search -> adsense.

You can go either route but there is just as much money in quality as there is in quantity..

But dont get me wrong if you can get shitty mfa sites to rank then do 100's of them. Buy articles for $2 each, create wordpress blogs, fill them up with the articles with future post dates so it posts 1 - 10 articles a day and start spamming digg and reddit and blinklist and myspace and yahoo answers and squidoo....
