1.PROGRAM CHANGE: Affiliates must remove Boost and Nextel - these 2 carriers combine for less than 2-3% of the total leads, and our analysis has determined that supporting the newly announced Boost/Nextel requirements will be detrimental to the conversion rate on our core higher volume tier 1 carriers – AT&T/Cingular, Sprint, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless. The carriers have announced they are implementing fines and forfeiture of all revenue generated by SendMe for violations identified in an audit, in addition to potential shutdown of the program & service. As a result, SendMe is implementing a similar policy for our partners, that is, any audit or violation that SendMe receives that involves a partner's URL(s) will result in a 100% payment penalty/forfeiture of that partner's outstanding commission/earnings. In each instance, we will forward the carrier's audit & violation report directly to the partner.
