Selling Domains - A few questions

I've got about 40 or so domains and I'd like to sell about half of them. problem is I've never sold any domains before so I don't know much about it

- my biggest question is where can I sell it? I know about Dnforum and Sitepoint but what other places are there? Sitepoint charges $5 per auction and if the domain is only worth $10 then that's a 50% cut

- how do people make payments when they buy domains? through paypal?

- how are domains transferred to the buyers? who pays for the transfer fee?

- what can I do within 3 weeks to raise the value of a domain? most of the domains aren't developed, would it raise value if I put up a nice layout?

You can also try namepros.com and digitalpoint.com, both of which are free to post your domain.

Whatever method you want. Most choose PayPal as it is the easiest and fastest method. You can use Escrow if it's a big enough domain purchase.

Pretty much every registrar gives you the ability to "push" the domain to another username within that registrar, so there's no transfer fee.

That usually helps pretty good, and can raise the value.

I would use GoDaddy or NamePros to sell domain names if I were you...
