I am looking to sell www.PokerElites.com - its fully setup and its a poker blog hosting site running on bloghoster.net ($400 script). A template modified SMF forum included too, along with 2 poker articles. The site has a clean layout, currently its a few pages so its dreamweaver coded, but I would next owner to just convert/transfer the layout to a CMS such as Joomla. You get domain, all files, script license, content, etc.

Me and my univ buddies have lost interest in it, and looking to sell it off.
