I know it seems pretty early to book a room for a conference in August, but I just booked and they only had the night of the 9th, 10th, and 11th open (conference is 8/10, 11 and 12). Not sure when the group rate rooms will sell out, but the group rate is $189 a night and the standard rate is $399 a night...
