1. Must show a solid portfolio of work (looking for nice web 2.0 style). This is for the affiliate marketing genre. NOTE: I do not accept portfolio sites that only have "homepage thumbnails" as their portfolio. We all know this is NOT a real portfolio.
2. English must be 1st language.
3. Be have professional design/graphic skills along with the knowledge of simple HTML/CSS coding.
4. Coding knowledge: PHP/Java is a plus, but not required.
