I know there are a lot of programmers on here that know their shit really well. Unfortunately I am not one of those. I was wondering if people took any extra steps to secure their Wordpress blogs?
I know the basics here: keeping your version updated, not showing your contents folder, ect. But, is there something more you guys do to make sure your shit doesn't get hacked. I know everything can be hacked, but most smaller scale sites are targeted by little Jimmy in mommy's basement. I have read quite a few stories lately about people's Wordpress installs getting hacked.
Does anyone else worry about this?
