I last posted here about 2 weeks ago. I created my first site to market used video games and that was a total disaster. So I took the advice everyone gave me and came up with a new idea.
I call it... GamingSystemBuyersGuide.com, in retrospect I wish I hadn't picked such a long name but many of the domains that made sense that were shorter were for sale.
Anyway I would like a review if that is not against the rules...
I'de be happy to do the same for you, if you wanted a marketing noob to review your site.:updown:
So far I have only done PPC advertising on google. I have gone through about 4 completely different ad formats and this is the one that seemed to generate the most hits.

Removed web domain (My intentions are pure)
Most of the hits were coming from searches to buy the actual game system, and those redirected to the correct page depending on search. So for example if they search "buy xbox 360" it would bring them to the 360 product information page and list deals on the bottom)
It also has a quiz to help determine which game system fits you best, based on age, budget, features, etc.
I tried to build trust with the consumer by putting things like "hope this website helps! tell your friends about us." on the bottom of some pages and not talking in language normal people wouldn't understand.
I tried to write the product descriptions in a somewhat people friendly way. Also the prices you can get on amazon are really good deals.
I even offer personal consultation, they can email me and I will answer all of they're questions.
I need guidance!
If anyone could help me out with a review, or tell me if im wasting my time with this idea I would GREATLY appreciate it!
By the way, I'm a webdesigner and this is my work. Lend me a helping hand however you can and I won't forget. I'de be happy to help others with they're webdesign problems.
