Second Adsense account

Hey all,

I did some reading lately on using adsense on multiple domains, and I heard about something called 'smartpricing'.

I figured that I needed another Adsense account to get the most from my site's clicks...

But isn't this against the ToS? How would I go about getting another account?

I'm thinking about having a friend or family member register for me.

Yep that's correct!

But remember, you're sacrificing having all your stats in the same account so it'll be a slight pain in the ass checking them. Which I do religiously.

Is this an easy thing to do out in the US?

I live in the UK, so I'm not too sure how I could go about this...
